About The Atticism
The Atticism is a unique PR agency with boutique offices in Australia & The UK. Founded in Sydney in 2012, The Atticism has become the go-to agency for people who are tired of ‘textbook’ PR, and are looking to try something new. We work closely with our local communities, therefore, we are able to help our clients appeal to those who look beyond the commonplace – we reach individuals who respond best to the unconventional and unexpected. We also help our friends move house, lost dogs find their owners and old people with their groceries… but that’s a story for another day.
Rather than simply writing and distributing tonnes of boring media releases each month (which is the easy way out), we focus on ways to develop genuine, emotional connections between brands, journalists and the public. Why bother, you ask? Well, when it comes to PR, the only way to to connect with your audience and have your brand stand out from the crowd is by forging new and interesting ways to connect with your consumer. No one remembers boring – do you remember year 10 math? Didn’t think so.
The Atticism is a registered member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia. The PRIA requires members to continuously build their skill set to maintain a high level of competency throughout their career. This means we’re always looking for ways to better ourselves, learn new skills and to stay on top of the ever-changing PR industry.
In recognition of being awesome, The Atticism were finalists in the 2017 Mumbrella ComsCon Awards in Australia for Best PR Employer, and are listed in Anthill Magazine’s Top 100 Coolest Companies in 2018.
